I have an enormous passion for healthy eating and nutrition that spans over 25 years and truly believe that good nutrition lies at the heart of good health. I have seen first-hand the difference that eating well can make to a wide range of health conditions and how quality of life can be improved. I love to share my knowledge with others and treat everyone as an individual. I do not believe in fads or diet foods, instead I believe in using real food. I install sensible eating habits that are not only maintainable, but also enjoyable.
We live in an environment where food is abundant and where food choice has never been more plentiful. Yet in the midst of this, we are faced with the daily struggle of interpreting food labels and making sense of confusing media headlines. I strive to help people choose the right foods for their body, their individual metabolism and their health issues. I generally work with a ‘back to basics’ approach, encouraging simple, fresh and nutritious meals, which supply sufficient nutrients to support optimum health for the present and for the future.
My intention is to show you the links between your symptoms and the foods you are eating. I teach you how you can make your favourite foods even healthier and always introduce plenty of healthy alternatives. I tailor each food and nutrition plan to the individual, so there is never a one-size-fits approach.
I use a variety of different tools to assess your health and to identify any potential nutritional imbalances that may be contributing to your health issues. Each nutrition consultation takes into account overall health, lifestyle, medical history and most importantly, current diet. I offer Nutritional Therapy Consultations and am also a coach for the well-renowned Metabolic Balance® Health and Weight management Programme. Additionally I offer genetic testing for overall health, weight management and sports nutrition.
I have spent the past 15 years living in both England and Germany. Here I have worked with some amazing people and have been able to gather the best nutritional advice from both countries. I am completely bilingual and can also offer consultations in German language on request.
I attend regular nutrition seminars in London and Germany from world-wide nutrition experts, keep up to date with cutting edge nutritional research and regularly study research papers. I am also a registered and accredited member of two prestigious nutrition associations (BANT and the CNHC).

I have completed the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) AFMCP™- UK and will continue studying for my full certification with the IFM. Functional Medicine uses quantifiable tools to identify the root cause of illness. It is an individualised, patient-centered, science-based approach that empowers patients and practitioners to work together to address the underlying causes of disease and promote optimal wellness. It requires a detailed understanding of each patient’s genetic, biochemical, and lifestyle factors and uses that data to give personalised treatment plans that lead to improved patient outcomes.
