Sugar-Free Seeded Muesli

Ingredients (serves 4)

100g Rolled Oats

100g Sunflower Seeds

100g Pumpkin Seeds

50g Chia Seeds

50g Brazil Nuts

2 tablsp. Coconut oil

 

 

Method

  1. Turn the oven to 180°C
  2. Melt the coconut oil in a pan
  3. Add the oats and seeds to a baking sheet. Add the coconut oil and massage together with your hands to coat the oats and seeds with oil.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes in the oven.
  5. Allow to cool then store in airtight jars for up to around 4 weeks.

 

Serve

Serve with milk of your choice or with some full-fat or coconut yogurt

Add a handful of blueberries for sweetness

 

TIP

If this is not sweet enough for you, try adding some dried fruit after cooking.
