Sugar-Free Seeded Muesli
Ingredients (serves 4)
100g Rolled Oats
100g Sunflower Seeds
100g Pumpkin Seeds
50g Chia Seeds
50g Brazil Nuts
2 tablsp. Coconut oil
- Turn the oven to 180°C
- Melt the coconut oil in a pan
- Add the oats and seeds to a baking sheet. Add the coconut oil and massage together with your hands to coat the oats and seeds with oil.
- Bake for 15 minutes in the oven.
- Allow to cool then store in airtight jars for up to around 4 weeks.
Serve with milk of your choice or with some full-fat or coconut yogurt
Add a handful of blueberries for sweetness
If this is not sweet enough for you, try adding some dried fruit after cooking.
